This change in skills/modules/exp/wtf? has confused me a lot. I am a super casual player and at almost 50 I have not much time to read thoroughly all the stuff I'd need to grasp fully the new mechanics.
I played a lot at the beginning of the game (I am a founder) and I just found myself with 8million C-Bills, over 60,000 GXP, lots of other XP and 289 GSP.
(I have also dozens of thousands hitoric xp I do not understand what to do with...)
I play only with 3 mechs, so I maxed 91 points in all 3 mechs.
What now? What am I supposed to to with the remaining XP and GSP? 91 is A LOT less than 237. What am I missing?
Thanks and sorry for this silly questions

Then you buy the other 146 remaining skill points and grind out a ton of XP so you can test out different builds and tweak the skill build perfectly which kind of sucks since you aren't able to respec for free even after you have bought the node but that is for another thread.
Or probably the best solution.....
Buy a 4th mech that you haven't played before.
Seriously with the around 500 variants that we have available to us, I can pretty much guarantee you that your going to find more mechs that are at the very least as enjoyable as the 3 mechs you play and most likely you will even find some that you enjoy more.
I have to say that to me, the main reason to even play this game is to play mechs you haven't played before, to experiment and customize those mech and find those rare gems that are truly keepers and fun to play. To be honest, most of my favorite mechs in the game are mechs I never would have guessed I would enjoy if I hadn't played them. The Linebacker is a prime example. I was so dead set against that mech because I just knew it would be terrible yet I bought one and played it and it is easily one of my favorite mechs in the game. If I hadn't took the chance and dived into the deep end so to speak, I would never have known how much fun they are to play. So just limiting yourself to 3 mechs seems so wasteful, especially when your at the point your asking, "Now What". The answer should be obvious.....try something new.
