Right now, the Heat Management ratio is static. it only considers the base values for the 'mech's weapons and heat sinks when determining the number.
i recommend that the calculation be changed to take in to account the efficiency gained via the skill tree so that we (the players) can get another solid way of seeing our 'mech progress as we master a mech, much like how we can see our armor and structure change when we invest in to the survival tree.
