King Kong 1933
Black and White movie

In the movie a movie producer helps out a young woman who had just been caught stealing food. He offers her a chance of being his next star. After a long trip to a strange island the woman encounters a huge ape, who runs off with her. Kong defends his prize from a T-Rex, a snake like creature, and other creatures. With the help of a former ship mate, she escapes and Kong takes up pursuit, smashing a village to reclaim her. Captured and put on display, camera flashes causes him to "go ape" and Kong breaks free. After snatching up the young beauty he climbs the Empire State Building were a group of bi-planes start shooting at him until he falls to his death.

It is said that this is the movie that saved the film industry. Clay figures, stop motion photography, and trick shots came together to make this film (sorry no CG). Lots of screaming, and monster mayhem. I consider this early film as one of the Classics, and while most teenagers probably won't appreciate this film, for younger viewers, and adults who appreciate older films, King Kong (1933) is something just plain enjoyable.

So here's one to the monsters. Posted Image

The old black and white King Kong film was a lot like Transformers... just with better Special effects, less racial stereotyping, better story and better acting.

So basically unshaven Transformers without Michael Bay.
