When skilling Magazine Capacity and using half tonns of ammo, you will always get a value rounded down, so for example equiping 2 tonns of c-gaus ammo in four half tonn packeges will reslt in no bonus from Magazine capacity skill node.
Just equiping two tonns with one tonn per crit will result in 2 extra shots.
