And if it is just a placebo, where do I send actual abuse and do I need to be recording? In the last couple days I've seen an assault 'Mech incapable of mounting jump jets on the top of the HPG ring, and a 60 ton heavy that survived the same multiple alpha strikes to CT that did kill a Dire Wolf. Highly convincing.

Yes.
You need video evidence of cheating haxcusations and you need to load it on youtube as a public video with tags like "hax" "cheating" "MWO" "mechwarrior" and send it to support at the minimum. (email in the support button at top of thread)

Best thing to do is once that is done post it on reddit as well. You can't post it on these forums because reasons

For the HPG ring thing I don't think that's necessarily hacking, I've seen people run up the slope of the crater to walk onto it, without exploding from being out of bounds too long. (I once met a linebacker up there and saw a cicada do it)

What Assault was on the ring?

As for the rest, nothing there that cannot be easily explained multiple ways and none have to do with any form of 'cheating'.

Don't need jj to get atop hpg outer ring, just map knowledge.

Yes it does work, and no you don't need jump jets to get on the outer ring of HPG. There is a spot to walk up.
HSR/Hit Reg/Ping can all be factors in assumed damage that ends up not counting or counting somewhere other than where you think.

After Defense tree, there's some lights that have heavy mech HP, and mediums and heavies that have assault HP. Not hacking, just bad PGI balancing

you can walk up on HPG if you just spend time finding the spots. I get up there with a direwolf easy. Some of it requires skirting the out of bounds area on one of the rings.

Why would you report a behavior that works against enemy victory? Do you think an isolated assault represents a good tactical choice?

Now that you mention it...What's with the Warhawks, of late, that have been going up there?

You can walk up there.

With the filler hill climb stuff blocking most of operations, its probably easier.

I recently reported a player in-game, along with most of my team, since he was obviously cheating.. Nobody gets 20 kills and 4000+ damage in a FP match, while the rest of their team get 1-2 kills and 700-800 damage max.. (he was also shooting me in the CT through the walls with LL's)

So we all reported him, and I also screen-shotted the match score screen, and sent it to support.

They told me they would investigate, and that was that.

Don't know if he got any heat for that.. I hope he did, cose' such rear torsos ruin the game for everybody.

I get that. What I mean is that why is it an all of a sudden thing to do. Seen it a lot lately. Then I see the poor bas7ards get focused down in seconds too. Do Warhawk players think that all of a sudden they are invisible up there? And with the resurgence (seeming) of late of LRMS... yikes.

they are probibly just logged and used for statistical analysis. anything that triggers an automatic penalty is likely not monitored directly. things like greifing reports are likey being summed up over time and anyone over the baseline likely gets flagged as a troublemaker, and i bet pgi keeps an eye on those players, issues warnings and temp bans as needed.

a sort of moderation by democracy where the players pretty much vote with their reports and that becomes the baseline as what the community as a whole is and is not willing to allow. theres likely a fuzzy line between good and bad players. everyone had bad days where they treat their fellow players like garbage, and outright banning people for minor or infrequent offenses is kind of stupid in an f2p game. people wont spend money if they are afraid of getting banned. if say some greifer tricks you into a tk and the next thing you know you are permabanned and lost hundreds of bucks worth of stuff. if i heard stories like that i wouldnt spend at all.
