Is anyone else experiencing an unending wait for FP drops today?

I would have thought, with the FP challenge, there would be more matches more quickly than usual?

Unless there is a Tukkyaid event, you won't really find a match until prime time hours and even then good luck finding a match in a decent time.

According to "War Log", there are many more matches now than few days ago same time, but for wait times... go Inner Sphere.

I haven't been having problems until today. Must just be bad luck or a quirk of the size of the team I'm trying to drop with.

I would try a even number 2-4-6-8-10-12 it seems the let groups drop faster than trying to find 1 solo to fill in the odd numbered groups.

i legitametly havent had any que problems at any time of the day since 3.0

then again, im always inner sphere, and i always try to drop in larger groups of at least 7+.

It's pretty much done outside of primetime hours.

Sat 20 minutes in queue, not even ghostdrops happening for either side.

No time to drop during primetime, no drops for the event for me.

We had a similar problem a couple of weeks ago. I could see 9-12 mans lobby-jumping our 5 man. We had to get 7 PUG's searching at the same time to get a lobby...multiple groups either had a 12 man or close to it and they just kept jumping us

As others have said, the group size iz a detriment. 6 man group always seems to have the best luck.

Granted, I have been dropping during prime time but IS gets insta matches almost all the time. Helps when you're filling your team up to make a 12 man but even without a 12, I would drop almost right away every time.

Drop with 4 or 8.

Never 5/6/7... It needs too many PUGs or other smaller groups. Odd numbers especially make it worse but that "middle zone" of 5-7 is always the worse group size to have for search times.

That is Clan specific issue.

Want that slight edge Clans offer will have to deal with long wait times and ghost drops.

Was nice to see a familiar name last night and learned to always keep an eye on you.

Since the day I made this post (about a week ago) the wait times have returned to normal.

So it must just have been an anomaly.

Also coulda been the event at the time. Some of the tournament events favour Quickplay over CW.
