Clan = mercs -> IS. All of them. At the same time. Smart, that will fix your ghost problem.

this is only to true. if ALL the mercs change to is, then duh your gonna ghosty drop. the IS loyalists arent going anywere, and the mercs were the vast majority of clan anyways, so that makes the clans almost non existant....
just think about it.
