Question About The "reinforced Casing" Skill And The Critical Hit System In General

One node is said to provide "-1%" chance of recieving a critical hit. My question is, how exactly does it interact with a critical hit? AFAIK there are 25%+14%+3% initial chances of dealing one, two and three critical hits for one hit. Does one node provide a relative reduction, i.e. chances would be 24.75%+13.86%+2.97%, or the reduction is flat: 24%+13%+2%? Or something else...

And while we are at it, the same question about the targeting comp.

I think, for a long time the critical hit system stayed somewhat behind the curtain, and now that we have it presented in the Skill Tree, where the player decides, how he is willing to spend his XP and c-bills, it needs to be clarified.

Good point. A maxed tree gives a -8% chance of crits. I would take that to mean the chances are reduced to 17%, 6%, and 0% for 1, 2, or 3 crits on an internal structure hit. It'd be really good to get confirmation of this from someone who actually has the info.

I like to know that . but during using 4 machine guns I can say now I have to spend more time and ammo on the targets. it's just feeling from the pre patch and after during machine gun using. before the patch it kind of the same what mech is against you (if it don't have the structure bonus and he's got no armor) I spend like about same time to kill it. now it really feels like some targets become stronger or more up in structure . after patch some targets are difucult to kill with machine guns (structure open)
