A lack of large weapons has caused both IS and Claners alike to ration their remaining stockpiles of heavy weapons among their mechs.

All mechs are limited to a maximum sheet Damage of 35.

Everything else is normal.

No more high damage Alpha strikes

Reduced alpha damage will put the priority to Brawler, DPS, and likely LRM 5 support builds.

With proper torso turning TTK will increase alot.

Heat and ammo managment will be important aswell.

More weight can be expended on larger engines , keeping things nice and fast paced.

The idea is for it to be a throw back to Beta battles where there was alot less damage on the field.
