I have had 2 occasions where my mech was badly damaged BEFORE the drop during the current event.
Once my Banshee CT was Red, one arm was yellow and one torso and leg were amber while still in the dropship.
Is it possible I was taking enemy fire while still attached to the dropship?
*Also, I noticed the graphics became 'murky' and brownish at the same time this was happening.

A few drops later, I fell thru the ground and was hung up, taking damage to my legs.
Fortunately, my Shadow Hawk was equipped with jump jets which allowed me to break free and join the mission.

Anyone having similar experiences'?

Yep, I've had several instances where something like this has happened. It usually goes 2 ways

1: I hear the dropship and my mech appears outside the map w/o dropship. I move, legs recieve damage from falling off the world then eventually, magically, i'm back in the dropship getting dropped.
2:i'm in the dropship and hear i've been dropped but still in DS ... eventually it works out magically.
