I will never understand why some people feel the need to put their username in the thread title... It's like, yeah, we can see who you are, the information is all over the place. Did you somehow think we'd care that it's you, specifically? Does ANYONE on this forum command that kind of attention? ... Ok, maybe B33f, but his videos are pretty amusing, and he just doesn't post often.

It's a take off of political campaign ads, man. You know, the whole "I'm Candidate X, and I approve this message". It's a part of the 2002 "Stand By Your Ad" provision (SBYA) of the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act (BCRA, also known as McCain–Feingold Act). That or a similar statement has been a part of every candidate ad for the last 15 years.

In the context of a thread title, it's a little bit of humor.

This is canon btw. Throughout Transformer lore, this one moment in history from the animated film is canon which means that Megatron (or Galvatron) wakes up everyday reminded that his lieutenant, who always sought to remove him from power via deception or subterfuge was albeit briefly made KING of the Decepticons a title that he himself has never earned!

Probably only slightly less disappointing than when he first transformed and realised he was an inanimate object that can't move or even fire itself.

I don't really get what any part of that video has to do with any part of any other post in this this thread.

Just because PGI is Canadian doesn't mean they can't acknowledge the holidays of their players. Because Canadians are cool that way.
