So. I tried playing today, (and yesterady) and i'm slowly noticing that mech's now torso twist slow. VERY slow. when torso twisting is supposed to be a means of survival in this game. yet a Wolfhound torso twists slower then an Atlas stuck in a tar pit (visual of the day for you) even with full skill tree nodes on adjusting the twist speed, Maybe it's just me, But i checked every mech i own, and all of them are turning Very very slow. even with torso twist speed on max.
anyone else getting this problem? I know that Engine Desync was supposed to be to allow for the skill tree, but really, when your making 97% of mech's totally unplayable. I think it's time to put Engine sync back on with maybe half the sync it had before and the skill nodes restoring about 25% at least.

Am I The Only One Noticing Torso Twisting Is Useless Now?

It is not a bug it is a feature. Assault with big engines do not twist well because of engine desync.
For me the changes for me is that if you are in a tier 5 or tier 4 PUG queue the idea of brawling is now pretty much out of the question for heavies,
I have run a RGH-3A with 2-LPL and 3ML with goo effect because medium range and not pushing is pretty much where it is at at that level (that and LRMs have made a massive comeback because of a lack of radar derp and ECM)
Some mech do have wist speed but it seems you now have to be rather careful about the what you do with your builds.

Thing is Tokumboh that they made mech's like the Hunchback IIC and Atlas nearly impossible to play because they cant torso twist to protect themselves now. I was okay losing a little speed and Radar Dep is easy to get once you map out the skill tree's just right, But now some machines are just totally unplayable
