Is there a way to use both HXP and XP at the same time, or transfer HXP to XP?

For example, I have a mech with 770 HXP. I can not buy a node with that since I need 800 XP or HXP in order to do so, but I do not get the option of using the 770 HXP and 30 XP to make up the difference.

Am I missing something, or is the odd HXP going to be in our UI forever?

Before you press onto the ADD SP button, under it and the View Ledger do you see the Transfer Historic XP like below? You use that to move the HXP to XP for that mech. Now, if you more than one mech of the same variant, you may not want to move ALL of the HXP over, just enough to take care of that mech's needs.

Again though, the HXP is only good for that particular variant.
