We are missing 5% Summoner speed quirk. Makes Summoner feel dumb and flat.

I do, indeed.
Someone gets upset because clans get quirks and IS don't. That was a mistake in their observation, as IS had their quirks rolled into the variants, resulting in an average of 50% better agility compared to clan contemporary. Then someone shouts TTK & Power Creep, and I fail to see how this relates to the thread. Because the thread is based on an incorrect assumption that was debunked in the first few posts.

Most the IS mechs with quirks didn't get transferred for what i see.
Vindicator sitting in there with the storm crow but it had a 60% acceleration quirk.
Enforcer same as the huntsman but it had a 40% quirk.

HAHA
Summoner with the base engine of almost a firestarter only thing more crazy is that quickdraw 4h-5k
43.08 - Firestarter (all), Panther (all), Raven (all except 4X), Quickdraw (4H, 5K), Adder (all)
40.79 - Summoner (all)

I honestly think PGI went past rolling quirks into mobility and outright decided to come up with arbitrary figures for balance purposes.
I mean I can't believe that if mobility is supposed to be directly related to tonnage that a 75 ton Night Gyr only has a 13.11 Acceleration rate compared to 75 ton Marauder at 24.63 Acceleration. I mean correct me if I am wrong but didn't the Marauder only have something like a 25% Acceleration Quirk? If that is the case the the Night Gyr without quirks gets the baseline mobility stat which is only 13.11 Acceleration, then with a 25% quirk rolled in, the Marauder should be getting around 16.39 or 25% higher than the baseline of 13.11. Maybe I am wrong her but I don't think 24.63 = 16.39.
I mean if 13.11 is the baseline and it has got to be the baseline since the Night Gyr is unquirked and the absolute slowest 75 ton mech, then the base mobility stats of the Marauder got buffed roughly 89% of the baseline or a 89% agility quirk.
So yeah, PGI might have said they were going to do things a certain way but they obviously did things another way.
