Typical screen tearing issues, nothing severe and I'm having no other issues, smooth 60capped FPS, GPU / CPU temps are around where they need to be etc: so nothings getting throttled. (also i don't believe it to be related to the latest patch because It's been a while and i wanted to let it settle and see if it was my settings, played with them a bit, or not.) Can't find what's going on.

Video Settings
Custom
1920x1080
Fullscreen
DX11
motion blur off
3d off
V-sync off
Damage glow on

Adavnced:
Effects: High
Object Detail: High
Particles: Low
Post Processing: Medium
Shading: Medium
Shadows: Medium
Texturing: High
Environment: High
AA: PostAA

Rig:
I7-6700k 4.1oc (mild and stable, testing the waters)
16g DDR4 Ram at 2666
AMD R390x 8G (MSI model)

Not a huge deal and if it never gets fixed, I'll live, but it is annoying at times. If I've missed something because I'm being an Idiot please correct me or at least point me in the direction. Thanks!

firstly, it would be nice to know about your monitor, specifically its 'native' settings, as recommended by the manufacturer ... we want to know what its native refresh rate is, because that's where you need to be at, to avoid tearing ... you say that you've already capped it to be 60fps, but haven't turned on vsync ... vsync specifically exists to assist in instances where your seeing tearing between frames .... and of course I assume you mean proper screen tearing, not a partial effect in game ... other things you might want to check, are 'overdrive' settings in relation to the panel ... overdrive is meant to help with ghosting, but it makes my brain hurt ...

if your panel is native at 60hz, you might as well hit vsync ...

if your talking about just an animation texture that occurs on a mech, that's probably never going to be resolved ...

*facepalm*

Tried Vsync after I rechecked the settings and to the best of my knowledge that fixed the issue. I appreciate your post, it's been so long since i've been able to actually push hardware that Im used to turning everything i don't need off and ignoring it. Occams Razor strikes again.
