I saw MK2 has raised arms and i like it but why don't you do the same with all chickenlegs mechs ?
Why chickenlegs fans like me must be penalized ?

What I want is the Firemoth where the arms are higher than the cockpit.

It's because that's how they look like in lore. For an example Timber Wolf has always had its arm weapons down by its hips. The Mad Cat Mk. II didn't.

If you mean having the arms in line with the the bulk of the ST, that dates all the way back to MW4 when the Mk. II first arrived in all it's flawed.... questionable..... odd design choices, it had since been canonized, and kept the arm positions.

The arm positions on it are both a blessing and a curse, this is due to the fact that the arms while decent enough for shielding the ST, contain the bulk of the Mk. II's fire power, this means that while you are protecting your lightly armed ST's to a degree, you are putting a great amount of your fire power in harms way to do so....

You realise that legs and arms are two different body parts, right?

Having chicken legs has nothing to do with how the arms are.

I'd like to remind that chicken walkers like stk, raven, missile mdd, catapult all have good hardpoints
