Need 1 More Resistance Hero Mech: Which One?

So I currently have the Kaiju, Ghilli, and K-9 Resistance Mechs.... was thinking of 2 options to buy my last Hero mech...
Spend as little as possible and get a light: Katana Kat vs. Grinner...
or splurge a bit and get the Heavy: Partisan vs. Mjolnir
If good looks were the main criteria I'd buy the Black Knight Partisan hands down... but what can it do that my 75-ton Marauder Bounty Hunter can't (besides go a bit faster with an XL)?
Also, I do not own any Grasshoppers or Wolfhounds... maybe having one in my deck is a good idea.
So, if you could only buy one of those which would it be and why? Thanks for the help!

That said, if I could pick one of your 4 I would pick the Grinner. The Wolfhound is a solid chassis and ECM makes it the favourite of my Wolfhounds, especially with a PPC arm.
If I had to choose a second, it would be the Mjolnir. A Ballistic arm with 1 high Energy mount per torso and JJs, but better hitboxes and arm height than a Cataphract.
As an additional option, the Knockout is easily the safest Mauler on which to run Gauss. I have had relative success with 2x Gauss 4x ERML.

So I decided to either get a Light for $10 or try for a something unusual like the Partisan or Mjolnir... anyone else have any thoughts?

Why is it a problem for them to be on the left side of the mech ???

Most fighting tends to go counterclockwise, so having your weapons on the right helps to clear terrain as you circle.
That said, I still think the Partisan is one of the more interesting heroes.

Therefore you should get one of them to drive around being a unique snowflake.

I had some 90 matches with the Skokomish, and it is a fun Mech. There is something about a 80 tonner with 100 kph top speed. However, it is definitely not the most effective Zeus. And since the Zeus itself is not exactly a stellar performer... It is a tough ride but it can be rewarding.
And it is actually green in the lore, so you should repaint it. Just saying...

Yes I'm leaning toward that option but wanted to know if I was really missing out on something with the Partisan... I'm not a great light mech pilot... but it would be good once Faction Warfare gets interesting again to have something besides my Firestarters and Commandos.

The Partisan fave me the idea for the "Narc Knight" 1 narc, 1 uac10, 6 Mlas. More serious build has a uac or regular ac20.
The KO is better for gauss simply because they're safer in rhe srms.
