It can't, if the Highlander can't, this definitely can't.

Don't give me hope that I can brute force my Mad Cat MK II into poptart. I don't want my heart broken.

Over a Locust, yes, anything tall enough to hide behind, no.

Sorry, but the MAD-IIC-C poptarts just fine, I use it.

Engine decoupling made slow builds so much more playable.

For skill tree get the ballistic ammo nodes (making 5 tons ammo into 6), full speed tweak and then the left half of JJ tree (vent cal and lift). I put the rest in operations for the heat.

BOOM!, 50(+10) PPFLD poptart galore.

Even has full shield side with no penalties for destruction, to me it feels a bit like playing the old Highlander tart used to feel.

The difference is the Mad Cat MKII has different JJs than the MAD-IIC. If the Highlander (either one) can't poptart, neither can the MKII.

Just because one person uses it as a poptart doesnt really mean its a poptart mech.

CAN IT poptart, well kinda, is it good at it or better then anything else. No not really. I guess it is a poptart assault though.

Engine decoupling did not make any slow build more playable, I dont even understand how you make that correlation. The mech being slower made it more playable for you? That the exact opposite of the entire playerbase as far as i can tell. But i am glad SOMEONE is enjoying it.

and the lowlander cannot, neither IS or IIC, it just hovers like David Blaine doing a magic trick. Even with ALLL the lift and burn time i think you get a whopping 13m or something.
