im new to pc gaming and pc's in general, dont know how to set up a clan and setting up my own site to recruit will not be possible for me as i am not computer literate also fairly lazy.

In the battletech universe, you want to use the term "team" or "group" for your "bunch of gaming buddies" vice clan unless you mean one of the Clans which part of this universe is composed of. We know you mean team when you use the term clan, but get with the milieu and use proper terminology.
However, based on your OP, I agree with RedDragon "Yeah, well then....don't" if you lack the resourcefulness.

You could just join a "Clan". In Battle Tech, there are Clans and there are Inner Sphere Units. "Teams" or "Units" refer to a group you join to battle other groups, Clans, well, Clans means one of the Clans that are not part of MWO yet, just so you know. Recruiting is always going on.
