How many others out there like me have issues with xsolla and or your credit card thinking there are fraudulent charges due to multiple online purchases back to back? Getting a buy all cart option would really help remove the issue between xsolla and peoples CC. I have already instructed my cc companies this is normal behavior if coming from xsolla. Xsolla on the other hand thinks they need to go the extra mile and do my CC companies job...

TL;DR IT TOOK ME 3 HRS TO BUY 4 MECH PACKS! IT'S ALMOST FEELS LIKE YOU DO NOT WANT MY MONEY OR SUPPORT! GET A CART OPTION!!!

It took you 3 hours to buy 4 mech packs? I don't think PGI can help you with that, I'm sorry.

Paypal.

Direct purchase from your bank account.

Avoid Xsolla.

Problem solved.

Yes but I don't quite understand how it took 3 hours for Xsolla and your credit card (or Visa card, I won't judge) to process payments - and even then, how would a bulk cart help? You'd still be delayed by... whatever Xsolla is doing.

Actually, now I wonder if the one charge would be monitored closely by Xsolla or not, because of the presumably large bulk purchase it may take even longer!

Making one large charge no one bats an eye. Make 4 charges in quick succession everyone loses their minds. It took 3 hrs with xsolla support to finally just remove fraud prevention from my account. They kept trying everything else before finally disabling it. I go though this almost every time.

...I'm not blaming you but that's incredibly dumb. I'd be far more concerned about a $500 dollar purchase than I would 4 $40-60 purchases.

It's how it works sadly. Most fraud is detected by automated systems. Different people have different threshold amounts. But rapid succession of purchases seems to always trigger it regardless of the amount. Normally online shopping sites use a cart.

I have had this problem as well.... make 1 mech pack purchase, and then the next mech pack, will come up with a CC fail....

A 20 Minuit call to my CC company, Waiting on a human to answer, and then have to explain what I am doing and why....... just to fix it.... real PIA...!!!

A cart, so 1 big purchase for all the mech packs I want in the cart, will go through the first time, would solve the problem........

Exactly the sad part is my CC know my spending habits. Xsolla can't seem to figure it out I make the same set of purchases each mech pack. Why are they even attempting to identify fraud? I mean really!

People in other countries also get an extra charge per transaction done in another currency.
Not having a cart is a pretty bad move.

Actually I used to be a Branch Manger for a major bank chain and it is much easier to slip by several smaller dollar amounts than one large dollar amount. For example, I have a notification set for any transaction over a certain amount. So say a transaction for $200 comes out of my account, I immediately get a text about it and immediately call the bank if I don't know what it is. However if someone hits my account for a ton of smaller transactions, I won't likely notice until I review my account maybe a month later or when my debit card gets declined.

That is why fraud protection locks the card down when you have multiple smaller transactions showing up in rapid succession.

The funny thing is that PGI has been complained to about this, but PGI has not acknowledged or provided alternatives (other than using actual alternatives that involve Paypal even if you are using your credit card with Paypal)... I mean...

It's supposed to be a PITA. Working as intended?

I have asked nicely and so have others for awhile now (I think since the masikari pack). Guess it's time to stomp my feet.

Well, you would have to find their next provider for such services... and mind you, noone has time for that.
