Say for 5$ per non hero chassis?

I know right now I'd pick up at least one:
-osiris
-arctic wolf
-nightstar
-uziel
-mad cat mk II
-Javelin
-Roughneck

That's 35$ if i only got one variant each, and I know a few off them would definitely warrant a second variant as well. As is I don't see it worth getting a pack because only a few things catch my eye per pack.

I'm curious to see what you guys would grab if given the choice and how much of your wallets PGI is missing out on or would lose if they went ala carte.

Depends entirely on if they offered some sort of limited/full customizable trial mechs, but other than a few heroes there really wouldn't be many for me, probably just a couple of the iconic mechs if I was just starting out - Timberwolf, Madcat, Atlas, Catapault would be the ones off the top of my head.

Also don't they have all the mechs available for MC a la carte? Been a while since I looked at the store but for some reason I recall they they all have a cash currency option.

That price of 5 bucks per mech is unrealistically low, especially considering the fact a-la-carte option is more expensive than pack value. And especially since you are asking to buy new mechs.

Scorch is at the top of my list.

Mostly because it can do things my king crab cant, such as move at a reasonable speed, use two lbx20's and 4srm6A's at the same time. Its basically the best king crab in the game, which is sad because the king crab is supposed to be the be all, end all assault mechs with it's area denial a/c 20 systems.
