Anyone else seeing massive amounts of lag? So bad that one minute you are fighting normally and the next you are looking at stationary mechs and moments later you are surrounded and getting slammed after rubberbanding back to where you just left from?

There was a thread about this yesterday, but yeah the lag is becoming annoying.

Had some serious rubberbanding on a grim plexus match today.

All went fine until suddenly nothing seemed to happen for a few seconds, then everything seemed to happen at once and then it was back to normal, except each mech was located in a different place than before.

Really strange, hope this does not happen more often.

yep. had some too earlier.

I looked at my connection, was fine, hit f9 to watch the counter to make sure.

Had 5 different times that it happened in one match. I'm guessing it has something to do with the various players that connect to the server, as well as the "Room" that people enter to join a match.

By Room I mean a space within the server that players join and play in. Might be some bugs going on within some of those "Rooms".

Yes, a lot of server lag spikes, rubberbanding etc despite good ping on stable connection. Unit mates and many other players with the same problem.

No FPS lag problems though, just server.

The 2 Invasion matches yesterday were unplayable for me due to this, I was ZERO help to the team. I also had 3 Quickplay matches with very bad rubberbanding and laging. PGI - FIX THIS! Posted Image

I saw some strange **** yesterday people rubber banding on the enemy team. Honestly i was upset at myself for not recording it was so bad. Especially when they were piloting hard to hit mechs. Having to overcompensate to shoot them is annoying. I try to find a baseline of their most prevelent path and predict where to shoot. Sucks sometimes

It's not a bug, it's a new feature. Working as intended.
