I am trying to stick to Clan Ghost Bear Civil War Era Availability only taken from this list. http://masterunitlis...Id=11&EraId=247
I currently have 1 each for the ACH, HBK IIC, and HBR.
Planning on getting a JR7 IIC and KDK for the collection as well eventually but the KDK puts the Drop deck over by 5 tons and the JR7 IIC is planned to me more of a quick play only mech.
I am aiming for only 1 mech of each chassis type with no EBJ or SCR as I just am not a fan of how they look. I am looking for advice on a mech up to 95 tons that is decent pretty much stock that will work with the other 3 I have already. The Selection boils down to the following list. (C-bill only options as I am trying to play free with very minor loadout adjustments.Only things I am allowed to buy on the account are External Cosmetic items ie: Decals and Camo)

Ready to go pretty much stock limites your options as most Mechs want some customisation to bring them to their best.
As you want this to fill out a dropdeck I am assuming you want to have a heavy or assualt to use most of the tonnage.
Bearing all that in mind my first sugestion would be the Masakari WHK prime, it's 4 ERPPC make it a great mid to long range fire support Mech and whist it will run rather warm it is ready to go, just do not fire more than 2 PPCs at a time or a game mechanic known as ghost heat (because it adds extra heat for firing more than a certain number of specific weapons) will seriously punish you especially if you fire all 4 PPCs at once.
it may be worth dropping the LRM for some more heatsinks to help with its inherent heat ussues
My second choice from your list would be the Mad Cat TBR-S, lasers SRMs and jumpjets, it is a viable brawler stock but would probably benefit from taking less variaty in lasers (it has 3 diferant types stock) and maybe dropping the MGs, as 2 are not realy worth taking, giving you ether 4 SRM + 4 MPL, 4 SRM+4 SPL or 4 SRM+2 LPL as opposed to the stock 4 SRM, 2MG, 1 ERSL, 2 MPL, 1 LPL.
If you did not care about a viable loadout stock then the Marauder IIC would probably be the best choice but would probably need extensive modifications depending on which model you decide you want.

Thank you Rogue Jedi. That helped greatly with narrowing it down for me. So I will keep an eye open for any of those suggestions to go on sale. Narrowing it down to 3 Chassis really goes a long way for eliminating overload going through and trying to assess what would be the optimal choices when I am not that familiar with the faction play builds.
The account is just for casual play mostly but wanted to have a full ready to go drop deck for events like the current 1 where some of the challenges are for faction play only, and restricting my mech access for the added "rp" challenge of the mech selection for playing free, and with no HSP or HXP to spend on skilling up the mechs. Proving that the game is not a pay to win to a few people. Not that I am a very good player anyways.

I agree that the EBJ and SCR are both ugly *** mechs BUT they are absolute powerhouses. If you haven't played with either mech, give them a chance.
Also, I second Rogue Jedi's opinion.
