Hi Dasgtnut27,
Could you please also back up your C:\Users\<username>\Saved Games\MechWarrior Online folder somewhere safe and then delete it?
- Shut down the MWO client
- Bring up your Start Menu
- Search for and run Internet Options
- Click the Advanced tab
- Click the 'Reset...' button
- In the next window, click the Reset button
- Attempt to launch MWO
If the issue still persists after running above steps, please try following next instructions:
- Open Internet Explorer
- Hit the Alt key to bring up your File, Edit, etc toolbar
- Click File
- Check Work Offline
- Click File again
- Uncheck Work Offline
- Close IE
- Launch MWO and attempt a log-in
Please let me know if issue persists and send me
- your location
- your ISP
- Whether you use wifi or wired connection

I did update my driver to 16.1 a few days ago they called it an hot fix
had one disconnect after the update,
so I have had 4 disconnects since I sent in the ticket
I did lower my in game graphics settings that seemed to solve the problem where I had to turn off my PC, so at least I haven't had to turn my PC off and then back on
the old problem was call Cryengine failure and the I would disconnect (if you want to look up old records)
I dont see any Cryengine fail notice anymore (that ended around Nov 2014) but I still get disconnects
at one time I ran a NIVIDA card but in an effort to fix the problem I bought the Radeon card and the NIVIDIA was sent in as a warranty
repair (the came and said there was nothing wrong with the NIVIDIA card and sent it back to me)
I did make it back into matches on all of my disconnects except one
just not in the short time that is allotted
