I've not used it, nor will I, but depending on who they purchase transit from and who they peer with globally, it is possible using the service will decrease your latency. This, however, is dependent your physical location on the planet and who they are peering with in that region and if they peer directly with the same networks MWO rides.
Just jump on the trial, see how it works, if it works good, if not...not harm no foul.

Is Anyone Using Wtfast To Reduce Their Mwo Ping?

Thats not how VPN works. The data lines the information pass through can be seen as roads, and the routers as on and off ramps, all VPN does is put your car inside a truck but it is still going down the same roads. Just because your communication is hidden inside the truck doesn't mean it gets its own special road to travel on.... so if you hit I95 and there is construction, your truck will slow down just like all the other cars....
If you are building your own VPN server sure. But if you are using a VPN server that isn't part of your network your truck will inevitably go to said sever on its way to its destination, thus effectively changing the roads you take. Choosing a VPN server allows to a degree to choose roads you take.
