In the last 12 days the lag has been so bad, I can not play as a light mech, has anyone have the same experience.

Your point being?
There are news up, right on the front page, and there are multiple long threads, several on page 1 of this forum. Obviously, he is seeking information, and information is right there. I linked it all for him, for purview, and added infographics, too. Can't spoonfeed any more than that.

Getting an average of 40 ping on the NA server. And everyone with a ping greater than 150 I see is generally from the EU or SA (I asked for data).

My listed ping has been staying within workable levels but I've been getting intermittent second long lag jumps.
Had one earlier tonight where I'm pretty sure none of the enemy damage was sticking on me it was so bad. So I mean it worked out ok for me but it was total BS from the enemy's perspective and I'd prefer it didn't repeat.

something is up, I noticed it last night. I also saw the thread about this on OutreachHPG
Basically my theory is that OVH (pgi's datacenter) has so-so peering. The middleman is QoS'ing UDP gaming traffic during peak load hours or perhaps whenever they feel. Under net nuetrality they have to pass your packets along but they dont have to prioritize them.
I had trouble a couple years ago w/ MWO. My routing to PGI's data center has since changed from going through Telia to going through level3's backbone. I don't pay attention to it unless something is goofy.
If you want to ping PGI's gameservers directly, here are a couple North America ones I found with Wireshark.
198.27.85.230
198.27.85.229
The mechlab pinger and the in-match ping jived with a ping tool this time. A couple years ago I had random times where I had a 500-600 ping in game but a 100 ping via the windows ping tool. This is a sign you are getting throttled or QoS'd somehow by some ******* company.
