What is the build on the HBK - 4P (S) that is a prize for the event? Is it the same as the 4P (C)?

And what's a good build for the 4P?

I'm probably going to get it over the Stormcrow becasue it will be my first hunchy and I already have some fun Stormcrows.

The parenthesis at the end is irrelevant for builds. It only indicates if the mech was acquired via a special source, and may therefore have a non-standard skin or XP/C-bill bonuses.

In other words
HBK-4P
HBK-4P (S)
HBK-4P (C)

are the same mech and carry the same load outs. The (S) gets a C-bill bonus, and the (C) gets a XP bonus.
