I'm just writing this to talk not sure if anyone really cares but i gotta get this off my chest. Why is the hell spawn so under powered the hero is good but needs a little boost, and please please change one the the models to have ballistic mounts this is my favorite mech and ill still play it but it just needs a little push to be a bit more viable.

Sorry to bust your bubble, but that is not gonna happen. For a ballistic hardpoint, PGI would have to invent a whole new variant, since none of the lore variants has any ballistic weaponry.
But I'm curious, why do you think the mech is underpowered? What little bosst would you give it?
