To be fair, I did post it yesterday 11:31 PM. But Alexander Garden posted the notes Today at 10:08 AM.

Anyways, they could have just left the other guns alone and let the new gun have this square base. Have the RAC2 and RAC5, the LB2X, LB5X, and LB20X the circular base. While the others have square base.

not really how dynamic weapon placement works. The socket has to accept all the weapons. Otherwise you double the work load, at the least, defeating the purpose.

Again, if there is a cause for complaint how about the Gum Drop Buttons on the k9?

Well, i honestly prefer the vertical placement of them, because the alternative would be horizontal placement of them one to another, which lead to awful asymmetry when using only one of the hardpoints (like with the Cicada, Locust, etc).

I don't mind the Urbie, now that i look at it, but i don't like how they did the Grasshopper, for example. Because NOW it will have the ****** square pegs, instead of the old look of the lasers actually conforming to the mount's shape.

I *hate* them taking away all the unique geometry the mechs had and replacing them with generic square pegs. It should be the *OTHER* way around, with mechs LOSING the generic square pegs and getting unique-looking mounts instead...
