OK, that makes sense I guess, it is supposed to be an upgrade so compensating a bit more health for the size increase does make sense. +1

From the title I thought you meant the actual missiles and I was like "nooononono, making them faster would be the way to go". But this sure, seems about right.

					1) Artemis is basically just adding a "small" computer to each launcher. It wouldn't affect major health to much.
2) There are reasons a PPC would have more HP than a missile launcher. Density, surface area, exposure, etc.
3) WTF ARE YOU DOING IN A LRM ATLAS.

Yeah like so totally "small", I mean it's not like it weighs a ton or anything!

Just how did you get LRM ATLAS from Promessa's post? They specifically mention ASRM6 for pete's sake.

80s tech. Keep in mind other targeting computers in game are a lot heavier.

Ah... I assumed LRMs because I saw "Fun on Polar Highland" with a mech with missile hardpoints. That, and I've been seeing a drastic increase in LRM Atlas mechs since the skill tree. My eyes played tricks on me and made that s a l.
Back to what I meant about density. SRM6a is 4 tons and 3 slots. A PPC is 7 tons for 3 slots. That is a density of 1.33 to 2.33. The OP had the assumption that slots = HP when in fact its more of density = HP.
