Have been getting error code 66, login error, but I am seeing the servers as up. Anyone else not able to login?

I can log in fine. You might want to contact support - or run the repair tool maybe.

Playing via steam. Verified the integrity of the game files and still getting the login error. Any other suggestions?

It's probably better you can't log in anyways, not with the balance underlord ruining the game in a few days...
