How about allowing more spectators on this map?
Maybe 24 spectators who can queue up and have 1v1 fights one after the other.

I would be all for this if it couldn't be abused but you could essentially have 2 friends fight eachother and have an alt account take money by having one friend throw the fight.

Hmm.. Maximum bid 1/2 total value of mech you place bet on.
odds based on 1v1 stats
participants must pay cost to repair destroyed components, and ammo
Participants get portion of c-bills bet, comstar gets portion of cbills bet winners get payout

That would probably prevent too much cheating, but cheaters gonna cheat.
