I think one thing would be neat to have would be a Blueprint for an Atlas as a desktop background. To get one, a redeem code would be required, and then the image would be emailed to those interested.

You can ask some artist and make a poll who is interested
Find enough willing to pay should not be the thing.
Don't ask PGI - help yourself or nobody would help you ever.
Btw: if you only want the line art and not the innards like the blue prints of battlemaster or Loki or timberwolf
You only need the game files - heck i could do you such a blue print - just ask no money needed - because you can do it on your own
Btw. Some guys interested in a new artwork of a Legacy 3 maybe piloted by Geoffrey Zucker in the streets of New Avalon?
