This game has too many loadings. You have to make a priority to work on this, there are loadings FOR LOADINGS with screen freezes in between, is unacceptable. Loadings for the menu, loadings for items, loadings for promos.

Edited because the games seem to be crashing much less.

Ps. allow me to question the a competitive mode, really? is that how you expect to bring more people? It hasnt, as was expected.

Crashes, just yesterday 5 crashes, on some I keep hearing people talking with a black screen and the game generating reports, try to come back fast and get MORe LOADINGS. (rejoining is the fastest to be honest...)

the matchmaker is clueless about balancing peoples wins and skill...

Now allow me to question 2 things. first: a competitive mode, really? is that how you expect to bring more people?
Second: your insistence in group qp. There is a reason many people dont do fw, by forcing people (events) to do group play you are forcing and promoting even more unbalanced games than what the match maker does.

it looks like a rant but its mostly feedback, facts. ps. thanks for finaly allowing private without premium.

Competitive mode has been something the competitive group community has been wanting for a long time - as have the poor hapless fools in small groups (like me and mine) who get stomped by the competitive players. Dropping against 228 or EMP over and over is incredibly draining.

Also, nobody is forcing you do do anything as far as events and FP goes. You don't have to play. On the same token, what about those who do FP that are forced to drop in the quick play queues?

As for the loading screens and crashes, i'd submit a ticket to support for that, were I you. The game works (mostly) flawlessly for me and many others, but there will always be hardware and software configurations that cause issues. Support have been very helpful for me in the past when I had issues, maybe they can help you too.

I have hundreads of hours played so the game works, but it crashes alot, and the loadings iam quite sure everyone has the same, I have good pings so that's not it.

Lets face it, if its in the event, its "forcing" ppl to do it. And everyone does qp, not everyone does fw.

Competitive might be great for some, but I was talking about getting new people, new people couldnt care less about competitive modes.
