Add it in try it out if you like it keep it otherwise change it, only you can say if its worth it.

From my poor experience it's better for precise Airstrikes. When I throw Art into enemy team I actually want circle to be as big as possible.

It's useful if you use air strikes on single targets but otherwise it's better not to use it if you are trying to hit as many enemy mechs as you can with them

For Arty it is worth it. For Airstrike it is not necessary, as the line is narrow enough already so it is way easy to dodge.
