I understand the locust is supposed be hard to hit but when you do hit it the damage shouldn't just disappear. I just played a match where the locust was in the water but the torso was above the water, and i hit it with 2 PPC's to the side torso and it barely did any damage. The armor didn't even get removed. I swear the locust has a lag shield just like the Raven had back in closed beta, pls PGI fix this.

Personally I dont think its the locust, but rather the ppc's hit registration, as shooting through shut down mechs just to hit the wall behind it(got the t-shirt) seems not how it should react..but who knows. ERPPC'S work fine tho.

How close were you? remember the standard PPC does not deal any damage inside 90m(I am pretty sure it is 90, could be 80).
otherwise it probably is ether a PPC hitreg or host state rewind issue
