Mech Lab isnt Showing all Location Tabs, when in Column Layout,

as you can see theirs Too Much Space between the Bottom of Right Torso, and Left Torso,
(Seen way way at the bottom) (Expanded seems to work fine, but i use Column mostly)

im currently in 1440x900 resolution,
although ive tested all my resolutions and this problem persists,

found out if you put a TC2 in the CT of a mech then remove it, it fixes the Bug,
