ISLBX20/HGR - No allowance for lack of crit splitting, stuck at 11 slots and so mounting severely restricted.
MRM - All over the place, ineffective even against stationary targets per people who tested it.
RAC - Ghost heat limit of two, shared between 2 and 5. Wrecks the fun idea of boating them on certain 'Mechs. Firing 3 or 4 RAC would be hot as hell and eat ammo, the ghost heat isn't needed to discourage it.
Heavy PPC - It's already a mediocre weapon due to tremendous weight and heat (hot as ERPPC), it should do 15 pinpoint.
Light PPC - It shares ghost heat with other classes of PPC and it's at two. Again making carrying several of them pretty pointless and ruining potential builds.
ATMs - Hard minimum range at 180m makes it very difficult to use the most appealing feature, the "switch" to dedicated close range damage. Especially dumb since Clan LRMs do plenty of damage just inside 180m while these do nothing.
Heavy Lasers - Burn times are so long that they're unusable. The LPL is flat out better than the HLL and there's no reason to use 4 HML over 6 ERML unless you only have 4 hardpoints. Even then the ERML are plenty effective due to longer range and more damage actually going on target.
For what's supposed to be a huge event in moving the timeline forward, this is weak.
