Clan Er Micro Issue

Clan ER Micro Laser's ratios are off, so it is either too low on damage or too high on heat (or I messed up my data).

Their cooldown times also feel a tad too long.

I am OK with the cooldown, range and the duration but I do agree that they could use a slight bump in damage. 10 damage per ton seems like a lot but how many Mechs actually have enough energy points to take advantage of that? I built a Nova with 14 and it was so weak that I ended up having to combine them with bigger and heavier weapons. The problem then became that the Ghost Heat seemed to trigger at 6 instead of 8.

Still, these are one of the few new weapons that I might find a use for.

I am OK with the values of heat and damage, but they are 2 sizes smaller than IS mediums and still have more range... That should be the point to strat with.
