the heavy has the 0-90m dmg range and the light and standard PPC should have this too! we need to let PGI know we want this

I think they should know we want this by now.
IMHO, they could use that as a factor to make that 1 extra ton the PPC costs over a pair of LPPC worth something, and bump the LPPC limit to 4.
