So, when activated, i thought you just gained additional heat....not that you can't dissipate heat?
When activated, and I shoot, the head bar get stuck and I don't dissipate? Is this intended behavior or should I report a bug?

I'd screen shot but dont feel like it.

Literally when active, if i shoot, the heat bar just sticks, doesn't go down.

That's how they decided to do it


You both gain heat while moving, AND cannot dissipate heat
