Can The 4V4 Get Weight Balanced Since There's No Skill Balancing?

There's often games on the test server where one team gets all heavies and assault while another team gets mostly mediums and lights, resulting in being able to be outweighed by up to 50%, maybe more.

Since matches like that don't help us test anything other than how to get completely smashed, can you please introduce something in the test server to attempt to rearrange the teams to get the total team tonnage as close to equal as possible by maths?

Just for example as I recall the details of a recent game here were the teams:

Team 1:
90 - Mauler (me)
55 - Shadowhawk
50 - Hunchback
35 - Wolfhound
---- 230 Team total


Team 2:
90 - Mauler
90 - Cyclops
70 - Cataphract
65 - Hellbringer
---- 315 Team Total

So that team was about 40% more tonnage, armor and weapons, so we pretty much had no chance unless they screwed the pooch and separated, which they didn't.

So what if the matchmaker could have just done a quick assessment and if teams are not within say 15-20% of tonnage variance it can try to find something closer if possible?

Team 1 - weight balanced:
90 - Mauler (me)
70 - Cataphract
55 - Shadowhawk
50 - Hunchback
---- 265 Team total


Team 2 - weight balanced:
90 - Mauler
90 - Cyclops
65 - Hellbringer
35 - Wolfhound
---- 280 Team Total


See, just one trade of Wolfhound for Cataphract brings them to just over 5% difference in tonnage.
