After finally having had enough right matchups where I could try my dual LAMS phoenix hawk I came to the coclusion;
These things are too hot. I already stopped firing my normal weapons and still overheated,
it was frustrating.

I suggest that instead of behaving like a normal weapon that increases heat when shooting,
it should reserve heatsinks for that weapon system. For example if you have 1 LAMS and it starts shooting it will reserve the equivalent of like 5 heatsinks of your max heat capacity/dissipation for the LAMS, if you dont have that heat capacity available they wont shoot. 2 LAMS would be equal to 10 heatinks etc.

This would make the weapon system less frustrating while in use and reduce you capabilities of alphaing the enemy.

it would probably be better if they worked like Flamers,
where they can heat you up, but your heat caps at 90% heat,
this way you cant accidentally stun lock your self into shutting down constantly,

Or maybe just reduce their heat so they aren't generating more heat than a medium laser per shot.
