Are Light PPC's ghost heat still set to 3? When I fire 3, I get to 25%, when I fire 4 I get 43%. Or am I simply misunderstanding the heat mechanic?

The penalty is set at 4, yes (as in, firing a 4th gives you moar heat).

Specifically, firing off 4 of them will generate 6.3 additional Ghost Heat for a total heat of 26.3 for that alpha.

Ah. Gotcha. I read the notes as the limit is 4 before heat. Thank you.

Also regardless of whether you trigger ghost heat or not firing more than 1 weapon always generates small amount of extra heat.

0.08 for 2, 0.18 for 3, 0.30 for 4 and this is all i can remember ;p

Those are the numbers used for Ghost Heat calculations.
