From the June patch. I have seen comments from several players, who have not read all the patch notes, that they were not aware of this. For new players and their friends who may already be playing, after running through the academy, is another way to get familiar with things.

Just a reminder, so everyone in the match does not have to type things out, use a headset or have a mic/speakers.

Removal of all Premium Time requirements for Private Lobbies

With the June patch, Premium Time will no longer be required for accessing any aspect of the Private Lobby feature. Tonnage Rules, Match Time, Time of Day, View Mode, and Full Team settings will all be available.

I wasn't aware of it either, thought it was coming July.

Well when I'm available I'll be happy to help some people learn how to play. I'll post in here when I become available and will go through matches until someone wants to hang out. I'll also be available to veterans whom want to play Stock Only, level 1 or level 2 equipment.

Sure, why not? Because of my toddler I have no idea where my headset is but I'm on at the moment. I'm gonna grind some more cbills with my Archers and then will be getting my Awesomes ready for the Civil War tech. Just pop on and catch me. I go by the same name on Steam if anyone wants to catch me when I''m not in MWO (a good way to reach me for Megamek [Battletech Tabletop on PC] matches/campaigns too.)
