Title says it all: In the mechlab, "Omnipod" tab, the symbol for the left leg is not the left leg (shown on the mini shematic there) but a "coolant flush" symbol.
On another COMPLETELY UNRELATED note: The artillery symbol looks like the UAV symbol aaaaand... the coolant flush symbol looks like the artillery symbol.
