just tested around with some racs on crabs, yes it was ****, anyway i noticed 2 rac5 if jammed at different times can trigger its own ghost heat. i was also using uac2s but that shouldnt have changed anything. so keep that in mind dont fire RACs at different cycles.

You are correct. This is a known bug. No response from pgi on it.
