I think they have completely disabled the old launcher so that it no longer works, at least that is what the message was saying.

Steam is the best. I had far less issues in general with Steam client that the old launcher client.

I wish I could access the PTS through Steam. The portal requires me to run repair tool to patch the PTS client, because the patcher always hangs at Step 5/12.
