You don't HAVE to sign up on Imgur, you just need to sign up if you ever want to find that image again since you won't have a gallery.

i set the photo to private, i have a gallery now!

but photo bucket was really good.... back in the day.. pretty much the first of its kind

... and imgur works fine without signing up. Just go to imgur.com, wait for it to load, Ctrl+V your image, then get the share link. Done.

FlickR is nice for a stream of images, Imgur is nice for galleries and quick dumps. Photo buckets is nice for hating yourself and everyone who has to click those links.

Dont most ISP allow you to create your own webpage, to load pics and such? I know Suddenlink does.

But then the other side is that 3rd party websites allows the user to be anonymous.

Edit. nm.. looking at several ISP, it seems many have discontinued personal webpages....
