Rapid Fire Function (Aka To Implement Fire Control Macro Into The Game)

Firing macros like firectrl are widely used and accepted and for some builds pretty mandatory to make them work.
I wish for an built in fire macro function which works as follows:
- It works like chainfire but another key is used for this.
- Instead of 0.5 seconds, the time between firing is: Maximum recycle time of all selected weapons divided through the amount of (working) weapons in that group (+ some for making up ping issues and whatever).

We get a constant stream of shots and no longer disadvantages for player who are not knowing that fire control macros are legal (or even possible) or are not able to set them up. It sure would be some quality of life and would everyone enable to try new and different builds and playstyles.
